How we sell, support and handle your data. Last updated 1 July 2026.
Placing an order forms a contract once we send dispatch confirmation. Prices include applicable VAT and are shown in your local currency where supported. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order where a listing contained a pricing error.
All hardware carries a 3-year parts and labour warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid ingress, or modification of soldered components.
You may return unused stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in original packaging. Custom builds may be returned within 14 days subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is free for faulty goods.
We collect only the data needed to fulfil your order: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.
We use essential cookies for cart and session state, and privacy-preserving analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@061.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.
